The WBX Ascot's saddle shape combined with its unique mechanism allows the stylist or operator to move forwards and backwards freely and with the push of a lever lock the saddle in any desired position whilst the second lever adjust the seat height..
When you sit in an Ascot your pelvis is in a near neutral position … just like the saddle on a horse the pelvic position allows your spinal curves to balance more easily in proper alignment and reduces muscle strain.
There is no need for a lumbar adjustment when you sit on the Ascot because it maintains your correct lumbar curve naturally;
the stool promotes good arm and hand control which is especially beneficial whilst cutting and styling hair, furthermore it improves circulation and encourages correct posture and mobility.

1] Seat height range…. Cylinder height.
Please remember when ordering your Ascot it is important to choose the right range of seat height adjustability….
The height of the stool cylinder can significantly impact your seated posture and musculoskeletal health.
So it is important to sit on the stool where your knees are lower than your hips…
A] Standard height range = lowest 21 inches up to 28 inches.
B] ho 1 height range = lowest 25 inches up to 33 inches.
C] ho2 eh height range = lowest 28 inches up to 39 inches.
2] Castors.
We offer 2 types of castor as a standard specification.. Special note : We can supply specialist needs casters so if you require a certain function or option please ask your distributor. We will do everything we can to give you precisely what you want
a] Hair resistant castors
These are the normal castors we supply for the salons in that they are hair resistant in design so hairs on the salon floor do not get tangled or blocked in the caster itself.
b] Chrome hooded pu tread castor. These are a softer twin wheeled caster for general purpose use.
3] Optional footring.
4] the WBX Ascot 5 star base is a solid die cast aluminium base, cast in one piece which is then highly polished on the top and powder coated black on the underside. There are no weld or seems to crack or break.
The solid alloy base can never rust even if it was to be submersed in water for its entire working life.
